1. Nature of Services
Phillips Solutions Training LLC provides specialized technical IT education focused on remote access solutions, secure shell (SSH) client usage, and terminal environments. We do not sell commercial software licenses or act as an authorized software distributor for any third-party software products.
2. Trademark & Independent Operation Notice
MobaXterm® is a registered trademark of Mobatek. Phillips Solutions Training LLC is an independent commercial training entity and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mobatek. Reference to MobaXterm is solely nominative for educational and curriculum identification purposes.
3. Payment & Registration Terms
Individual enrollments require payment upon registration. Corporate enterprise contracts are billed net-30 upon agreement or receipt of approved Purchase Order. Seats in live cohorts are non-transferable without prior written notification to our registrar.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Individual Cohorts: Full refund requested up to 7 calendar days before course commencement. 70% credit issued for cancellations within the first week of class. No refunds after the second week of instruction.
- Corporate Workshops: Cancellations made at least 14 days before a scheduled team workshop receive a 100% refund or free rescheduling. Rescheduling requests within 14 days may incur a 15% administrative preparation fee.
5. Acceptable Use of Lab Infrastructure
Sandbox virtual servers provided for hands-on exercises must be utilized strictly in accordance with assigned coursework. Any unauthorized network reconnaissance, penetration testing against external targets, or malicious payload execution is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Legal disputes shall be adjudicated in Albany County, Wyoming.
